Neurodiversity Training At Work
Corporate Friends
At EmberPath Coaching, I support organisations to create workplaces where different ways of thinking, communicating, and working are understood, valued, and practically supported.
Neurodiversity is already present in every workplace. The question is not whether organisations employ neurodivergent people, but whether systems, cultures, and expectations allow individuals to work sustainably and effectively without unnecessary pressure to mask or conform.
My Approach to Neurodiversity at Work
Alongside my background in coaching, Ayurveda, and NLP, I work as a Neurodiversity & Inclusion Trainer and strengths-based practitioner, with training informed by positive psychology. This combination allows me to bring together evidence-informed wellbeing principles with holistic, human-centred perspectives.
My work is grounded in a neurodiversity-affirming approach. I do not focus on “fixing” individuals or managing perceived deficits. Instead, I support organisations to understand how different nervous systems, communication styles, and energy patterns interact with workplace environments – and how small, practical adjustments can make a meaningful difference.
Neurodiversity at Work training
Neurodiversity at Work training is designed to be reflective, practical, and immediately applicable. Sessions are adapted to suit the context, size, and needs of each organisation.
Training typically supports organisations to:

Build shared understanding of neurodiversity, including how differences in attention, communication, sensory processing, and problem-solving show up in everyday work

Explore communication styles and workplace dynamics using accessible, NLP-informed tools that support clarity, flexibility, and mutual understanding

Shift focus from “challenges” to strengths, capability, and contribution, drawing on positive psychology and strengths-based practice

Support managers and leaders to create inclusive day-to-day practices, including realistic adjustments, clearer expectations, and more sustainable ways of working
Who This Work Is For
This work supports:
- Organisations beginning or deepening their neurodiversity and inclusion initiatives
- Managers and leaders supporting neurodivergent team members
- HR, DEI, and wellbeing teams seeking practical, human-centred approaches
- Teams wanting to improve communication, collaboration, and psychological safety
Neurodiversity-affirming practice benefits whole teams – not only neurodivergent employees.
Working Together
Whether you are at an early stage of exploring workplace inclusion or looking to strengthen existing initiatives, this work offers a supportive, thoughtful space to reflect, learn, and develop approaches that are realistic and sustainable.
The aim is not perfection, but progress – creating working environments where difference is recognised as a natural and valuable part of how teams function.
