Holistic Life Coaching

My coaching blends practical tools with holistic perspectives to support real, meaningful change – without pressure to conform to one way of being or working. Together, we explore what is currently challenging or draining your energy, as well as what supports you to feel more grounded, resourced, and aligned.

Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP)

NLP offers practical tools for exploring how language, thought patterns, and past experiences influence how we relate to ourselves and others. In coaching, NLP is used flexibly and collaboratively – not to enforce positive thinking, but to increase awareness, choice, and self-understanding.
