Support Rooted in Growth, Balance, and Clarity

I offer one-to-one and small group coaching to support meaningful, sustainable change in both your personal life and professional world. My approach is neurodiversity-affirming, strengths-based, and non-pathologising, blending holistic frameworks with practical mindset tools in ways that respect different nervous systems, communication styles, and energy patterns.

Coaching is shaped collaboratively and adapted to meet you where you are – without pressure to “fix” yourself or conform to a single way of thinking or working.

Whether you’re navigating a life or career transition, experiencing burnout or overwhelm, or wanting to work in closer alignment with your values, we’ll shape a coaching journey that feels supportive, realistic, and sustainable.

To help you decide whether coaching with me feels like a good fit, I offer a free 15-minute discovery call. This is a chance to connect, explore what you’re looking for, and ask questions – with no obligation to commit.

1. Cultivating Balance in Work & Life with Ayurveda

A Holistic, Individualised Approach Informed by Ayurveda

Ayurveda is an ancient holistic system that focuses on understanding how different bodies, minds, and energy patterns function best. In coaching, Ayurvedic principles are used as a supportive framework, not a rigid prescription, helping you notice what supports balance, clarity, and sustainability for you.

Rather than aiming for “perfect routines,” we explore gentle, flexible adjustments that honour your capacity, sensory needs, and changing circumstances.

Together, we may explore:

  • Creating an individualised wellbeing approach that supports your energy, focus, and overall health, without one-size-fits-all expectations Understanding stress patterns and learning regulation practices that feel accessible and supportive
  • Designing daily rhythms that work with your natural energy fluctuations, including rest, nourishment, and movement
  • Supporting burnout prevention by building habits that are sustainable over time

2. Transforming Mindset & Communication with NLP

Practical, Flexible Tools Informed by NLP

Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) offers practical tools for exploring how language, thought patterns, and past experiences shape how we relate to ourselves and others. In coaching, NLP is used flexibly and collaboratively, not to enforce “positive thinking,” but to increase choice, clarity, and self-understanding.

Through this work, you may:

  • Explore communication styles and develop strategies that support clearer, less effortful interactions
  • Gently challenge internal narratives that contribute to self-doubt or pressure
  • Develop ways to navigate stress and complexity with greater self-compassion
  • Strengthen confidence in decision-making, boundaries, and negotiation

A Note on How I Work

This is coaching, not therapy or clinical treatment. Sessions can be adapted to support different communication, sensory, and processing needs, and you are always welcome to name what helps you feel most comfortable and supported.

Invest In Yourself

Coaching That Meets You Where You Are

Coaching is an investment in your growth, well-being, and future. My aim is to keep my services professional yet accessible – reflecting both my corporate experience and specialist training, while ensuring that cost is never the sole barrier to support.

To keep coaching accessible, I offer a Foundations Rate. This allows clients to benefit from my skills and experience at a reduced rate, while ensuring coaching remains a fair and worthwhile investment for both of us.

Session Fees

Tailored Coaching, Transparent Costs

  • Foundations Rate (individual clients): £75 per 50-minute online session
  • Corporate / organisational coaching: From £140 per 50-minute online session
  • Packages: Reduced rates available for block bookings (e.g., 6 or 10 sessions)
  • Sliding scale: If cost is a barrier, please get in touch – I am happy to explore options depending on income and circumstances.

Every coaching relationship is unique, and I am open to tailoring arrangements to ensure that support is both meaningful and sustainable.

On-site coaching at your workplace can also be arranged. Fees for in-person corporate sessions start from £170 per 50 – minutes session, depending on location and requirements.

In addition to one-to-one sessions, I also offer small group coaching for 3–4 participants. Group sessions are a cost-effective way to access coaching while benefiting from shared perspectives and peer support.

  • Organisations: From £200 per 75-minute session for up to 4 participants.

Group coaching is ideal for those who want to learn and grow alongside others, while still receiving professional coaching in a supportive, structured environment.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

Coaching is a collaborative, reflective process that supports you to explore what is important to you, understand what is getting in the way, and identify practical ways forward. Coaching focuses on the present and future, helping you build insight, confidence, and sustainable change in your personal and professional life.

Coaching is not therapy, counselling, or clinical treatment. Coaching does not involve diagnosis or treatment of mental health conditions. Instead, it focuses on reflection, self-understanding, goal exploration, and practical change. If you are looking for clinical or mental health support, I am happy to help you think about appropriate options.

The free 15-minute discovery call is an informal, no-obligation conversation. It is a chance for us to connect, explore what you are looking for, and see whether coaching feels like a

No. Many people begin coaching with a general sense of feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or ready for change, rather than a clear goal. Coaching can help you clarify what matters to you and what direction you’d like to move in, at your own pace.

Yes. I work from a neurodiversity-affirming, strengths-based approach. This means I do not aim to “fix” or normalise people, but to support ways of working and living that respect different nervous systems, communication styles, and ways of thinking. I work with both neurodivergent and neurotypical clients.

No. You do not need to identify as neurodivergent to work with me. A neurodiversity-affirming approach supports a wide range of people by recognising that different individuals have different needs, capacities, and ways of engaging with the world.

Yes. Sessions can be adapted in a variety of ways, including pacing, structure, communication style, and use of written reflections or summaries. Camera-optional sessions are always welcome. You’re encouraged to share what helps you feel most comfortable and supported.

There is no fixed number of sessions. Some people find a small number of sessions helpful, while others prefer longer-term support. We can review and adjust the pace and structure as we go, based on your needs and preferences.

Sessions can be booked online or by getting in touch directly. Payment is usually made by bank transfer and pricing options are clearly outlined on the Services & Pricing page. If cost

is a barrier, you are welcome to contact me to explore options. For corporate clients, invoicing arrangements can be set up.
